आसामच्या १५ हून अधिक जिल्ह्यांमध्ये ७८ हजारांहून अधिक लोक प्रभावित झाले आहेत. त्रिपुरामध्ये १३०० कुटुंबांना सुरक्षित ठिकाणी हलवण्यात आले आहे. ईशान्य भारतात विविध ठिकाणी पावसाशी संबंधित घटनांमध्ये आतापर्यंत ३६ जणांचा बळी गेला असून साडेपाच लाखांपेक्षा जास्त लोकांना पुराचा फटका बसला आहे. मणिपूरमध्ये मुसळधार पावसामुळे गेल्या ४८ तासांत पूर आणि भूस्खलनामुळे ३,८०२ लोक प्रभावित झाले आहेत. ८८३ घरांचे नुकसान झाले आहे. उत्तर सिक्कीममध्ये सुमारे १५०० पर्यटक अडकले आहेत. रस्त्यावर डोंगरांचे ढिगारे साचले असल्याने रस्ता बंद करण्यात आला आहे. प्रशासन आणि बचाव पथके ढिगारा काढण्यात गुंतली आहेत. मिझोरममध्ये १० दिवसांपासून पडत असलेल्या पावसामुळे तेथील परिस्थिती बिकट झाली आहे. भूस्खलनाच्या ५५२ घटना घडल्या आहेत. तसेच १५२ घरांचे पूर्ण किंवा अंशत: नुकसान झाले असल्याची माहिती राज्याच्या आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन आणि पुनर्वसन विभागाने मंगळवारी दिली. मिझोराममधील ११ जिल्ह्यांपैकी म्यानमारला लागून असलेल्या चम्फाई जिल्ह्यात सर्वाधिक नुकसान झाले आहे. तिथे २०९ ठिकाणी भूस्खलन झाले असून तिघांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे.
