एअर इंडियाचे विमान हॉस्टेलवर कोसळल्यामुळे 15 ते 20 शिकाऊ डॉक्टरांचा मृत्यू झाल्याची भीती व्यक्त केली जातेय. यासंदर्भात प्रशासनाकडून अद्याप कुठलेही अधिकृत वक्तव्य किंवा आकडा जारी करण्यात आलेला नाही. परंतु, अपघातानंतर इमारतीला आग लागल्यामुळे जीव वाचवण्यासाठी काही विद्यार्थ्यांनी खिडकीतून खाली उड्या मारल्याचे प्रत्यक्षदर्शींनी सांगितले. यासंदर्भात एका विद्यार्थ्याच्या आईने सांगितले की, माझ्या मुलाने जीव वाचवण्यासाठी दुसऱ्या माळ्याहून खाली उडी मारली. यात त्याला किरकोळ दुखापत झाल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. अजूनपर्यंत मुलाला भेटता आले नसून त्याच्याशी फोनवर चर्चा झाल्याचे त्याच्या आईने स्पष्ट केले. (Ahmedabad Plane Crash)
